Zusammenfassung

Waythrough is seeking a Recovery Coordinator in South Shields to provide collaborative recovery planning and case management for people with drug and alcohol problems, from assessment to sustained recovery.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, conduct risk and safeguarding assessments, and deliver psychosocial interventions tailored to local needs. The role includes access to drug screening, BBV testing and immunisation services.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of harm reduction approaches in relation to substance misuse.
• Understanding of and ability to implement interventions, including brief interventions MI, PSIs, CBT and ITEP.
• Carrying out assessment and recovery planning and risk management plans.

Aufgaben

• Manage a caseload of service users with risk and safeguarding planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and managers, attend reviews and meetings.
• Support delivery of drug screening, BBV testing and immunisation services.
