You will plan age-appropriate activities, tailor support to individual needs, observe and assess progress, and help children develop social and emotional resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience in school settings (EYFS-KS2) required.
• Teaching Assistant or EYFS Practitioner qualification.
• DBS Update Service desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan age-appropriate activities across EYFS-KS2.
• Tailor learning to individual needs and abilities.
• Observe and assess children's development using formal and informal methods.
• Record progress and milestones for each child.
