Job summary

Pertemps in Bristol is seeking a Training And Systems Coordinator to coordinate learning and development activities and support onboarding and system guidance. You will deliver sessions, create resources and work with managers to determine training needs across the business.

Ideal candidates will have training delivery experience, strong communication, and excellent organisational skills, with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues.

Qualifications

• Background in training, learning and development, onboarding or systems-focused roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support learning and development activities across the business.
• Facilitate workshops, group sessions and one-to-one coaching.
• Develop and maintain training resources and knowledge materials.
• Support employee onboarding and induction programmes.
• Work with managers to identify training requirements and development opportunities.
• Respond to queries and provide guidance on internal systems and processes.
• Monitor training activity and evaluate feedback to support continuous improvement.
