Job summary

Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking a Training & Systems Coordinator in Bristol. The role focuses on coordinating learning initiatives, supporting onboarding and ensuring access to tools and resources needed for colleagues to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have a background in training and development, strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to creating guidance and materials. This is a permanent, on-site role with salary dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, learning and development, onboarding, education or systems-focused roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident in producing written guidance and support materials.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Positive and proactive approach to supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support learning and development activities across the business.
• Facilitate workshops, group sessions and one-to-one coaching where required.
• Develop and maintain training resources and knowledge materials.
• Support employee onboarding and induction programmes.
• Work closely with managers to identify training requirements and development opportunities.
• Respond to queries and provide guidance on internal systems and processes.
• Monitor training activity and evaluate feedback to support continuous improvement.
