Job summary

Pertemps Bristol Commercial is recruiting a Training & Systems Coordinator in Bristol. Salary range £30,000–£36,000 (dependent on experience) for a permanent role.

The successful candidate will coordinate learning and development, support onboarding and manage training resources to help colleagues upskill. You will work in a collaborative team, facilitate sessions, prepare guidance materials and liaise with managers to identify development needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, learning and development, onboarding, education or systems-focused roles.
• Confident communicating with people at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create written guidance and support materials.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support learning and development activities across the business
• Facilitate workshops, group sessions and one-to-one coaching where required
• Develop and maintain training resources and knowledge materials
• Support employee onboarding and induction programmes
• Work closely with managers to identify training requirements and development opportunities
• Respond to queries and provide guidance on internal systems and processes
• Monitor training activity and evaluate feedback to support continuous improvement
