Job summary

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator with HR or internal recruitment background to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and support learning platforms.

The role involves coordinating interviews, feeding workforce planning, and building talent pipelines, with hybrid working after probation and a strong focus on technical and operational recruitment. Aiming to enhance the training and development framework across the business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within an HR or internal recruitment environment.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple departments or business areas.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to build relationships with managers across the business.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience recruiting engineering or technical professionals.
• Experience supporting learning and development or training programmes.
• Knowledge of HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions.
• Partner with operational managers to understand workforce planning and recruitment requirements.
• Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
• Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback and manage the onboarding process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring needs.
• Recruit for engineering and technical positions, alongside a range of operational and support roles.
• Support the administration and development of the company's training platforms and learning programmes.
• Assist with employee development initiatives and training coordination.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and training records in line with company procedures.
• Provide general HR and recruitment support where required.
