Job summary

Mad 4 Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Early Years Practitioner to support a child with SEN and contribute to planned activities within the EYFS framework. The role requires balancing fun with learning, and close collaboration with teaching staff to plan, deliver and review learning opportunities.

You will work alongside the school team to monitor progress, adapt strategies, keep records up to date and communicate with families as needed.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2-3 in Childcare or above.
• Experience within Early Years.
• Experience working with children with SEN.
• Knowledge of planning and leading exciting play and learning opportunities within EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and evaluate learning activities.
• Observe and monitor children’s responses to learning.
• Keep accurate records of achievement and progress.
• Liaise with parents/careers as required.
• Promote positive attitudes to learning and behaviour.
