Reed in Partnership is hiring an Employment Adviser to support long-term unemployed jobseekers with personalised coaching, CV writing, interview prep, and skills development. You will work with local employers to create sustainable employment opportunities while meeting performance targets.

A flexible working pattern and pro-rata part-time options are considered where feasible. The role focuses on helping participants overcome barriers such as health, housing, or financial challenges and guiding

Formación

• Ability to demonstrate coaching/mentoring experience and persuasive communication in roles or activities.
• Experience in customer-facing environments and achieving performance targets.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet customers/employers.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting with and supporting a caseload of long-term unemployed jobseekers and creating tailored action plans.
• Delivering one-to-one guidance including CV writing, interview prep, and skills development.
• Meeting/exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
• Collaborating with participants and employers to identify opportunities and address barriers.
