Job summary

Reed in Partnership is looking for an Employment Adviser to support jobseekers within the Restart Scheme. You will manage a caseload of long-term unemployed participants and work with local employers to promote job opportunities.

The role includes delivering personalised guidance, CV writing, and interview preparation, with a focus on helping candidates overcome barriers and reach employment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting jobseekers to find work.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to work to performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet and support a caseload of long-term unemployed jobseekers and tailor action plans.
• Provide one-to-one guidance including CV writing and interview practice.
• Meet targets and KPIs while engaging with local employers and signposting to services.
