Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking an Employment Adviser to support jobseekers with tailored guidance, CV writing and interview coaching. You will manage a caseload, work with employers to identify opportunities and promote the Restart Scheme, helping participants to gain sustainable employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching or mentoring; able to influence others.
• Background in customer-facing roles such as service or care.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willing to travel locally to meet customers or employers.
• Minimum of 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma, GCSE English at grade B or above.

Responsibilities

• Meet with a caseload of long-term unemployed jobseekers and develop tailored action plans.
• Provide one-to-one guidance including CV writing, interview prep and skills development.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
• Engage with local employers to identify job opportunities and signpost to support services.
• Promote the Restart Scheme within the community and support participants.
