Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking an Employment Adviser to support long-term unemployed jobseekers with personalised coaching, CV writing, interview preparation and skills development. You will collaborate with local employers and promote the Restart Scheme to the community.

You will work to meet performance targets, deliver high-quality customer service, and travel locally to engage participants and partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching/mentoring individuals to progress into work.
• Strong communication and influencing skills in client-facing settings.
• Proven ability to work to performance targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of long-term unemployed jobseekers and create tailored action plans.
• Provide one-to-one guidance including CV writing, interview prep and skills development.
• Engage with local employers to identify job opportunities and signpost to support services.
• Promote the Restart Scheme within the community and meet local people where they are.
