Reed in Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking an Employment Adviser to support long-term unemployed jobseekers with personalised guidance, CV writing, and interview coaching. You will engage with local employers to identify opportunities while meeting performance targets and KPIs.

The role offers a pro-rata base salary for part-time work, a supportive team, and access to Reed in Partnership benefits. Travel to local sites is part of the job, with flexibility in scheduling.

Qualificações

• Ability to demonstrate coaching/mentoring experience and persuasion/influencing skills.
• Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
• Experience of working in a fast paced, performance target driven environment.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet customers/employers.
• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at a minimum Grade B or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Taking ownership of a caseload of long-term unemployed jobseekers and creating tailored action plans.
• Delivering one-to-one guidance including CV writing, interview preparation and skills development.
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
• Collaborating with participants to build confidence and employability.
• Engaging with local employers to identify job opportunities.
