Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality or social care.

• Support long-term unemployed jobseekers with tailored action plans.
• Deliver one-to-one guidance including CV writing and interview prep.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and Key Performance Indicators.
