Reed in Partnership is hiring an Employment Adviser to support jobseekers and collaborate with local employers within the Restart Scheme. You will provide personalised guidance, improve resumes and interview skills, and help participants overcome barriers to work.

The role offers a generous base salary with flexible working considerations and access to Reed in Partnership benefits, including training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at a minimum of Grade B (or Level 2 equivalence).
• Fluency in more than one language is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Managing a caseload of jobseekers, identifying barriers and creating action plans to help them into employment.
• Providing one-to-one guidance including CV writing, interview prep, and skills development.
• Engaging with employers, promoting the Restart Scheme, and signposting to support services.
