Job summary

A leading special education provider in the UK seeks a passionate Recruiter to manage recruitment campaigns and help attract the best talent for their teams. This role offers a salary of up to £26,000, 7 weeks of holiday including bank holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes ongoing professional development and wellbeing resources. Qualifications

  • At least 6 months experience as a Recruiter - in-house, agency or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with attraction and sourcing techniques, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage recruitment campaigns from attraction to on-boarding.
  • Directly source and headhunt talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines in line with business growth demands.
  • Engage with Alumni talent community to support people back into roles within the group.
