Job summary

St Mungo’s in Oxford is seeking a Complex Caseworker to join the Rough Sleeper team. You will oversee a caseload and provide day-to-day support to help clients transition from street homelessness to sustainable accommodation, with a strong focus on tenancy sustainment.

You will work with health, housing, employment and training services, advocate for marginalised clients, and build relationships with partner agencies to deliver lasting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a client-centred service to people experiencing homelessness.
• Ability to work with vulnerable individuals with complex needs including health and housing challenges.
• DBS check required and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of clients and support their transition from rough sleeping to accommodation.
• Provide day-to-day support with tenancy sustainment and independent living goals.
• Collaborate with health, housing, employment and training services and partner agencies.
