Job summary

St Mungo's in Oxford is seeking a dedicated Complex Caseworker to join our Rough Sleeper team on a 12-month fixed term contract to support people with complex needs experiencing homelessness. The role focuses on person-centred interventions to help individuals move from rough sleeping into sustainable accommodation with tenancy sustainment.

• Excellent communication and networking skills.

• Willingness to receive supervision/training and develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of clients transitioning from rough sleeping to accommodation.
• Coordinate health, housing, employment and training support for clients.
• Advocate for clients and build links with partner services to find sustainable recovery routes.
