• Qualified Solicitor with previous experience in immigration law.
• Strong knowledge of UK immigration legislation and case law.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on entry clearance, leave to remain, nationality, asylum, and appeals.
• Managing a varied immigration caseload from instruction through to conclusion.
• Preparing and submitting applications to the Home Office and relevant tribunals.
• Communicating professionally with clients, courts, and external agencies.
• Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
• Working closely with colleagues and contributing to business development initiatives.
