Job summary

RAC is seeking a Superflex Roadside Patrol to deliver expert roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency support across the UK. You’ll diagnose faults, provide confident solutions and reassure members during breakdowns, while adapting to a flexible shift pattern spanning days, evenings, weekends and peak demand periods.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Diagnose faults independently and provide quick, confident solutions to members.
• Work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends and peak periods to meet member demand.
• Use latest diagnostic technology to identify faults and help members get back on the road.

Education
