Job summary

RAC is seeking a Superflex Roadside Patrol in the UK to deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You will diagnose faults, solve problems and provide quick, confident solutions while upholding high levels of customer service.

You will work independently, across days, evenings, weekends and peak demand periods, with shifts driven by member need. A structured development programme offers IMI accreditation opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• Or 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Diagnose faults and provide quick, confident solutions to members.
