Led by Leo Carlin, the BAIR team consists of 6 scientists supporting a varied portfolio of advanced imaging systems, with areas of expertise including high‑content, super‑resolution imaging, intravital microscopy and 3D multiplexed tissue imaging. BAIR supports users at every stage of the imaging process, from experimental design and sample preparation via in‑depth training to developing complex automated imaging routines and writing bespoke image analysis pipelines.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team: providing support to users with high content screening experiments and maximising their research output using BAIR’s expertise and equipment.

You will have a PhD in Biological Sciences or equivalent, with experience in microscopy in life science research. Initiative, curiosity, enthusiasm, and a strong collaborative ethos are essential, alongside a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
