University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pathway Support to help schedule patients for diagnostic imaging tests across X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine and bone density. The role involves reception duties and administrative support for scheduling at multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have GCSE English and Maths, customer care experience, and familiarity with IT systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Previous customer care experience in a busy environment or call handling and reception experience.
• Recent knowledge of administrative procedures.
• Experience using IT and/or appointment systems (training given).

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic tests across Imaging clinical areas.
• Provide reception duties for patients.
• Provide administration and clerical support for scheduling.
• Work across UHDB sites as required.
