Job summary

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an imaging reception administrator to support daily patient communications, both in person and by telephone. You will use strong analytical and judgement skills to resolve imaging enquiries and coordinate your own workload within established SOPs.

Qualifications

• Regular daily communication with patients and relatives, in person and by telephone.
• Use high levels of analytical and judgement skills when dealing with imaging enquiries.
• Coordinate and organise own workload within SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Analyse referral information to resolve problems for patients, carers and staff.
• Assist with planning and organisation of activities and workload.
• Assimilate and work to imaging reception and A&C SOPs.
