Job summary

Circle Health Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Patient Administrator to join the Imaging team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern and a salary up to £25,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.

You will support the patient administration process throughout the patient journey, follow best-practice process maps, handle queries, manage mail, bookings, and contribute to health and safety duties.

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE A-C or equivalent
• Proficient in PC and software systems
• Basic financial awareness
• Experience in private healthcare administration beneficial

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps for a standard service
• Handle all patient queries efficiently and professionally
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
• Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received via email
• Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act
• Ensure Health and Safety measures for patients, relatives, visitors, staff and contractors
• Complete relevant mandatory training
