Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Warehousing & Logistics Shift Manager to join our Operations team in the UK. You’ll lead daily shift operations that safeguard our customers' assets, balancing hands-on leadership with strategic planning.

With experience in fast-paced 3PL environments, you’ll coach teams, optimize processes, and manage resources to ensure safety, quality, and cost targets are met.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in shift management or supervision within a fast-paced 3PL warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), workforce planning, and operational KPI tracking.
• Proven team leadership skills with a track record of coaching employees and building strong team engagement.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to resolve operational challenges under pressure.

• Lead shift operations: Oversee daily warehouse processes including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet service levels.
• Develop operational teams: Coach, mentor, and build an engaged, high-performing workforce focused on safety and quality.

• Maintain safety and compliance: Conduct workplace inspections and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.
• Drive operational efficiency: Resolve daily process bottlenecks and implement practical continuous improvement initiatives.
