Spire St Anthony's Hospital is seeking an Imaging Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the imaging department at Sutton. The role involves welcoming patients, booking appointments and ensuring smooth flow of patients into radiology examinations.

You will manage bookings using SAP and RIS, collate necessary paperwork for radiographers and liaise with staff to maintain an efficient service. A professional appearance and strong customer service ethos are essential.

• Experience in welcoming and booking appointments for patients.
• Ability to use computerised bookings systems (SAP and RIS).
• Excellent front-line administration and patient interaction skills.

• Welcoming, registering and booking appointments for all patients in a warm, professional and caring manner.
• Provide and maintain an efficient bookings system for all in- and out-patients using SAP and RIS.
• Collate paperwork to enable radiographer/radiologist to undertake/report the examination.
• Manage imaging bookings and liaise with department staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Present a professional image and adhere to the uniform policy.
• Handle department phone calls professionally and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Utilise multiple databases and systems; training provided; strong telephone manner required.
• Imaging administrator team member for a 12-month FTC coverage period.
