The Imaging team at Spire Clare Park Hospital needs a specialist radiographer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The post covers MRI, general radiography and theatre imaging, adapting techniques to varied referral pathways and clinical protocols and escalating significant findings. It is part time at 22.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, within an independent elective hospital. Applicants need HCPC registration and imaging experience in at least one of those areas.

What’s required

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in diagnostic radiography

Registration & licences

• HCPC registration as a radiographer

Experience

• Experience in MRI, general radiography and/or theatre imaging

Skills & knowledge

• Strong communication and IT skills

Nice to have

• Cannulation and IV drug administration training
• Postgraduate qualification in MRI or CT
• Previous private healthcare experience
