What will you be doing?

  • Delivering customer transformation projects across the Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare (IGH) sectors as a Senior Consultant (Manager).
  • Spending 80-90% of your time working with clients and colleagues, leading teams or working as part of larger teams depending on the engagement.
  • Contributing to practice development by leading internal initiatives to build industry or technical expertise.
  • Coaching and developing team members and acting as a performance manager in a matrix environment.
  • Utilizing detailed understanding of wider capabilities across Strategy, Insight, and Technology deployment to deliver solutions.
  • Building client relationships, managing teams to deliver successful projects, and focusing on personal and team development.

What will you need to do it?

  • Proven success in delivering complex programs focused on customer/citizen outcomes.
  • Experience in structured consulting methodologies and implementing customer experience technology solutions (CRM, Websites, Portals, Apps, Contact Centres).
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer-centric change programs and leading workstreams.
  • Experience in customer and digital maturity assessments, customer research, and translating these into strategies or deployment plans.
  • Understanding of digital, data, and technology's role in customer experience management.
  • Experience in sectors such as Infrastructure, Transport, Central Government, Local Government, or Healthcare.
