What will you be doing?

  • Delivering customer transformation projects across the Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Spending 80-90% of your time working with clients and colleagues, leading teams or working as part of a larger team, depending on the engagement.
  • Contributing to practice development, leading internal initiatives to build industry or technical expertise.
  • Coaching and developing team members and acting as a performance manager in a matrix environment.
  • Applying detailed understanding of technology deployment, strategy, and insights to customer agendas.
  • Building client relationships, managing teams, and focusing on personal and team development.

What will you need to do it?

  • Proven successful delivery within complex programs focusing on customer outcomes.
  • Experience with structured consulting methodologies.
  • Support in implementing customer experience technology solutions (CRM, websites, portals, apps, contact centers).
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer-centric change programs.
  • Knowledge of digital, data, and technology in customer experience measurement and improvement.
  • Experience in sectors like Infrastructure, Transport, Government, or Healthcare.
