Lloyds Banking Group in the United Kingdom seeks an IGA Lead Engineer to own the reliability, security and performance of Identity Governance and Administration services across Leeds, Bristol, Manchester and Edinburgh. This full-time hybrid role involves managing lifecycle processes and SLIs for secure access.

You will drive automation, apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to IAM/IGA, and collaborate with product, application and platform teams to deliver resilient, compliant access

Qualifications

• Experience leading the reliability, availability and operational performance of Identity Governance and Administration services, including identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning and access certification.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles and how they can be applied to IAM and IGA services to improve resilience, scalability and operational performance.
• Experience identifying and eliminating operational toil through automation across identity lifecycle, access governance and provisioning processes.
• Knowledge of IAM and security control frameworks, with experience supporting compliance, audit and security requirements through effective operational controls, monitoring and recovery.
• Experience leading teams responsible for the support and continuous improvement of IAM or IGA platforms and services.
• Ability to define meaningful service performance measures, service level objectives and reliability targets, using telemetry and service data to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience using observability, monitoring and operational analytics to proactively identify reliability risks and drive remediation.
• Strong understanding of platform capacity, resilience, testing, validation and disaster recovery within critical technology services.
• Ability to evaluate and implement platform improvements while balancing reliability, scalability, security, cost and user experience.

Responsabilités

• Be accountable for the reliability, availability, performance and security of a portfolio of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services.
• Own and manage service level objectives across joiner, mover and leaver processes, access requests, provisioning, deprovisioning and access certification.
• Drive operational excellence and automate toel; champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles across the IAM estate.
• Use observability, monitoring and operational analytics to identify risks before they affect customers, while continually improving resilience, scalability, recovery and performance.
• Collaborate closely with application teams, platform teams and business consumers to deliver secure, compliant and frictionless access management capabilities.
