Fitch Group seeks a Senior IGA Engineer in Manchester to design, implement, and evolve our Identity and Governance Administration program. You will build integrations, automate provisioning, and drive policy-aligned workflows across SailPoint, Delinea, and cloud directories.

You will work closely with engineering, security, and compliance teams, contributing to governance and audit readiness while leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands‑on experience in IGA/IAM engineering or similar
• Direct experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) including connectors, rules, workflows
• Experience with Delinea Secret Server/Platform for privileged access management
• Proficient in Python scripting and Git workflows
• Proficiency with Docker and containerisation in modern pipelines
• Strong integration experience: REST/SOAP connections to HR systems, cloud identity providers and directories
• Understanding of JML lifecycle, RBAC, least privilege, access certification
• Experience supporting audit/regulatory engagements (SOX, SOC2, Dodd-Frank)

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SailPoint and internal/external systems using connectors and APIs
• Build and maintain privileged-access integrations with Delinea Platform
• Author automation scripts to extend IGA capabilities (provisioning, transformation, reporting)
• Design and implement JML workflows and access certification campaigns
• Manage full lifecycle of IGA artefacts in Git and containerised deployments
• Administer IGA programme (onboarding, entitlement management, RBAC, attestation)
• Maintain IGA operations portal and developer tools; extend web components
• Monitor platform health and issue resolution with vendors and teams
• Prepare audit evidence packs and documentation for governance controls
