Lloyds Banking Group is hiring in the United Kingdom for a hybrid IAM/IGA Platform Engineer. The role covers reliability, availability, performance and security of IGA services, with ownership of joiner/mover/leaver processes, provisioning and access certification.
You will lead automation efforts and champion SRE practices across the IAM estate. The position offers hybrid working patterns, supports disability adjustments, and aligns with our Flexibility Works policy.
LOCATION: Leeds, Bristol, Manchester, Edinburgh
HOURS: Full-Time (35 Hours)
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.
You’ll be accountable for the reliability, availability, performance and security of a portfolio of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services. You’ll own and manage service level objectives across capabilities including joiner, mover and leaver processes, access requests, provisioning, deprovisioning and access certification. Working through your product team, you’ll drive operational excellence, eliminate manual toil through automation and champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles across the IAM estate.
