Lloyds Banking Group is hiring in the United Kingdom for a hybrid IAM/IGA Platform Engineer. The role covers reliability, availability, performance and security of IGA services, with ownership of joiner/mover/leaver processes, provisioning and access certification.

You will lead automation efforts and champion SRE practices across the IAM estate. The position offers hybrid working patterns, supports disability adjustments, and aligns with our Flexibility Works policy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the reliability of IAM/IGA services.
• Strong knowledge of SRE principles applied to IAM/IGA.
• Experience automating identity lifecycle and provisioning processes.
• Understanding IAM/security controls for audits and compliance.
• Ability to lead teams maintaining IAM/IGA platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability, availability, performance and security of IGA services.
• Manage SLAs across joiner, mover, leaver, provisioning, deprovisioning and access certification.
• Drive operational excellence and reduce toil through automation.
• Apply SRE principles across the IAM estate with observability and analytics.
• Collaborate with application, platform and business teams to deliver secure access management.
