Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, availability and security of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services. Responsibilities

• Leads the reliability, availability and operational performance of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services, including identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification and role management capabilities.
• Identifies and eliminates operational toil through automation, improving reliability and efficiency of identity lifecycle and provisioning processes.
• Develops performance measures and reliability targets using service data and telemetry to drive continual service improvement.
• Evaluates and implements improvements to IGA platforms and services balancing reliability, scalability, security and user experience.
