Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks an IFM Lead to drive strategic asset management and integrated service delivery across clients' facilities. You will steer hard and soft services, align with client objectives, and empower teams to deliver safe, high-performing environments.

The role requires 10+ years in integrated facilities management, strong financial stewardship, change leadership and executive-level stakeholder management.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive operational experience with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services.
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) are preferred.

Responsibilities

Unified Service Delivery: lead integration of the overall service delivery model blending engineering (hard services) and facilities management (soft services).
Portfolio Strategy: develop and execute multi-year workplace strategies aligned with client goals and asset value.
Change Management: champion adoption of workplace technologies and programs to drive organizational change.
Governance & Compliance: oversee day-to-day operations with focus on compliance and oversight across the portfolio.
