Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an IFM Lead to serve as the strategic lead for the organization’s physical assets and working environments, transforming facilities operations into a strategic asset that drives well-being, productivity, and client outcomes.

You will drive integrated service delivery, portfolio strategy, and change management, while overseeing budgets, vendor contracts, governance, and risk mitigation to ensure service excellence across multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operational experience with a primary emphasis on Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets, conduct complex cost-benefit analyses, and oversee capital planning.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-site workplace transformations and large-scale change management initiatives.
• Exceptional ability to engage, negotiate, and influence across all levels, including senior client executives and external partners.
• Deep understanding of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies; statutory compliance; and industry-standard audit protocols. IOSH Minimum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of the overall service delivery model, blending engineering (hard services) and facilities management (soft services) to provide a unified property services solution.
• Develop and execute multi-year workplace strategies that align with organizational goals, emphasizing innovation, brand identity, and long-term asset value.
• Champion the research, evaluation, and adoption of cutting-edge workplace technologies and programs, driving organizational change management for widespread adoption and lasting impact.
• Lead day-to-day operations with an uncompromising focus on statutory compliance, governance, and the continuous development of customer operational responsibility.
• Provide expert management of budgets, ensuring astute financial stewardship and rigorous control over direct/indirect expenses, preventative maintenance, and project/capital items.
• Strategically negotiate and manage high-value vendor and contractor agreements. Act as a leader in RFP development, SOW creation, SLA/KPI development, and performance monitoring.
• Audit & reporting: Implement robust audit protocols and financial reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency, accountability, and consistent performance across the portfolio.
