Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to implement identity products across XML, Web Services, hosted apps and IVR, while delivering high-quality technical consulting to clients and internal teams.

You will provide installation, integration and configuration support, share product knowledge, analyze data quality issues, and escalate to the right resources to ensure timely resolution and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills; must communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
• Advanced-level consultative skills with the ability to collaborate, explore options, and use active listening to understand client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services directly to external clients, sales teams, and support colleagues.
• Share product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples with customers to advance implementation.
• Use data quality concepts to analyze customer pain points and determine root causes.
• Collaborate with resources to address issues and own correspondence with the customer until resolved.
• Provide installation, implementation and configuration support, while keeping project plans up to date.
• Present technical information through demos and presentations to audiences with varying technical understanding.
• Provide 3rd level support for customers.
• Perform duties as reasonably assigned.
