Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant within Customer Service & Operations to implement identity products across delivery channels and provide third-level escalation support, partnering with Sales, Product, and Support teams.

You will translate business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions, share knowledge, and help drive client revenue and adoption.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Experience with C#, SQL Server, HTML/XML and web service toolkits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services directly to external clients, sales teams, and support colleagues.
• Share product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples with customers to advance implementation completion.
• Use data quality concepts to analyze customer pain points and determine root causes.
• Collaborate with and escalate to appropriate resources to resolve issues; maintain customer correspondence until resolution.
• Provide installation, implementation and configuration support, keeping project plans up to date.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients with varying levels of technical understanding.
• Provide 3rd level technical support for customers.
• Perform duties as reasonably assigned.
