LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the UK Identity & Fraud space seeks a pre-sales subject matter expert who guides customers and internal teams with insight, strategy, and solution design. The role focuses on translating complex requirements into practical, effective authentication solutions while supporting revenue growth.

You will travel to customer sites across the UK and regularly visit our Cardiff office for team meetings, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Technology to translate business

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise by applying product, process, and market knowledge across the UK ID & Fraud customer base.
• Maintain awareness of market, technology, and regulatory trends.
• Drive revenue through education, consulting, and support of the UK sales force.
• Partner with larger customers to develop identity strategies balancing customer journey efficiency and strong authentication.
• Engage with internal and external customers to translate requirements into persuasive business cases and recommended solutions.
• Analyse customer objectives and present findings through professional presentations and workflows alongside sales teams.
• Share best practices and provide insights to management and broader teams.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Product Management to align on plans and identify new solution opportunities.
