National Highways is recruiting a Lead Identity Manager to lead Identity and Access Management across operational and business environments, delivering lifecycle governance and strong authentication services. You will oversee Identity Governance and Assurance, Privileged Access Management, Vetting Services and JML accounts, ensuring access is granted only to authorised people and systems.

This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in the office, with travel to UK sites.

Qualificações

• Experience leading security or technology functions providing services.
• Proven ability to develop policies, strategies and processes.
• Experience in managing teams and identity/access services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Identity and Access Management across environments.
• Oversee governance, privileged access, and authentication services.
• Drive JML, vetting, and identity assurance activities.
• Develop SOPs and report on identity threats and controls.
