Job summary

National Highways seeks a Lead Identity Manager to head Identity and Access Management, governance, and privileged access across critical assets. You will drive lifecycle management, risk reduction, and policy alignment with business objectives.

The role is hybrid, requiring two days in the office weekly, with UK-wide office locations and potential travel for meetings. A willingness to obtain UK SC clearance is needed, with five years UK residency normally required for vetting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security or technology functions and teams.
• Proven ability to develop policies, strategies, and processes.
• Knowledge of IAM, identity governance, and access controls.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity and Access Management functions and governance.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards and processes.
• Deliver operational IAM services with quality and value.
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge bases for Identity.
• Provide regular reporting of Identity threats, risks and controls.
• Lead transitions to Identity Assurance Governance and PAM monitoring.
