National Highways is recruiting for a Lead Identity Manager to steer Identity and Access Management across the organisation. You will lead governance, privilege access, vetting services and JML processes to ensure the right people have appropriate access to systems and data.

The role is hybrid with two days in the office, and requires SC clearance eligibility. You will develop Identity SOPs, monitor threats, and align Identity objectives with business strategy and policy across UK offices.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading security functions and teams.
• Experience deploying security or technology services.
• Experience managing identity access lifecycle and governance.
• Experience developing and maintaining security policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with identity-related tooling and access management.

Aufgaben

• Lead Identity and Access Management across operational and business environments.
• Oversee Identity Governance, Privilege Access Management, and JML processes.
• Develop, update and enforce Identity SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Provide regular reporting on Identity threats, risks and controls to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and UK government guidance.
