Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Lead Identity Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for identity lifecycle management, access governance, and privileged access across critical digital environments. You will oversee Identity Governance and Assurance, Vetting Services, and JML processes to ensure authorised access and strong security controls.

This hybrid role requires two days per week in the office and may be based at any National Highways location with some travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security or technology functions providing services and support.
• Experience developing policies, strategies and processes.
• Proven ability to lead or build teams in a technology environment.
• Experience in managing first and second-line support of operational services (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity and Access Management across operational and business environments.
• Oversee Identity Governance, Privilege Access Management, Vetting Services and JML processes.
• Enforce security policies and continuously improve identity controls.
• Lead delivery of operational Identity Services and ensure quality and value to users.
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge articles; report risks, threats and controls to stakeholders.
