Job summary

National Highways seeks a Lead Identity Manager to drive identity lifecycle management, access governance, and authentication services across operational and business environments. You will lead governance, Privileged Access Management, Vetting Services and JML accounts to ensure access is appropriate and secure.

The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office, with travel to UK locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security or technology functions delivering services.
• Proven track record in developing policies, strategies and processes.
• Experience in building or leading teams in a technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity and Access Management functions and provide strategic and operational leadership.
• Oversee identity lifecycle management, access governance, and authentication services.
• Drive governance, vetting services and JML accounts to ensure appropriate access.
• Enforce security policies and maintain compliance across environments.
• Provide regular reporting of identity threats, risks and controls.
