Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Lead Identity Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged access and authentication services. The role oversees identity governance, vetting, and Joiners/Movers/Leavers accounts to ensure only authorised access.

It is a hybrid role with two days in-office across UK locations and some travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security or technology functions delivering services.
• Proven ability to develop and deploy security or technology services.
• Experience building and leading teams in a tech environment.
• Experience creating policies, strategies and processes.
• Experience managing teams using ServiceNow for operational support.

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity and Access Management strategy and governance.
• Oversee privileged access, IAM lifecycle and authentication services.
• Ensure access controls meet policy, risk and compliance needs.
• Lead Identity Services delivery and continuous improvement.
• Provide regular reporting on identity threats and controls.
