Job summary

A leading entertainment company is seeking an Associate VFX Editor in London to assist with project setup and editorial tasks. You will maintain Shotgrid databases and Avid projects, output movie and audio files, and liaise with clients. Ideal candidates possess good interpersonal skills and experience with multimedia software. This hybrid role requires working at least 2 days on-site per week. Qualifications

• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with Linux systems.
• Previous experience at an assistant VFX editor level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Shotgrid database and Avid project updates.
• Output sequence movie files and AIFF audio files.
• Assists in show wrap-up and archival processes.

Skills

Team player with good interpersonal skills

Avid Media Composer or similar NLE software

Experience with shot tracking databases

Ability to multitask under pressure
