Job summary

RGB seeks a Bid Coordinator for a hybrid role in the United Kingdom, offering £45,000 to £55,000 per annum. You will join the frameworks team of a leading construction contractor, coordinating tenders, expressions of interest and pre-qualification questionnaires with strong attention to detail and on-time delivery.

You will format, proofread and present submissions, work with the proposals team, and manage client portals and CRM data.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/t civils bid submissions preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate tenders, EOIs, PQQs, case studies and presentations.
• Strong formatting, proofreading and adherence to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support preparation of tenders, EOIs, PQQs, case studies and presentations.
• Format and proofread documents for clarity and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with proposals team to gather information for submissions.
• Create engaging graphics and develop presentation slides from content.
• Ensure client requirements are addressed in each submission.
• Manage workloads and deadlines to deliver on time.
• Attend bid kick-off and progress meetings.
• Review proposals and provide feedback for improvement.
• Use CRM systems to manage framework opportunity information.
• Manage client portals, download documents, upload submissions and coordinate communications.
