RGB Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join the frameworks team. The role focuses on coordinating submissions, ensuring timely delivery of compliant tenders, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the proposals team, format documents, and develop slides and graphics for client presentations. This is a hybrid role based from any UK office with strong emphasis on deadlines and multi-tasking.

Formación

• Experience working within Construction/Civils is essential.
• Previous experience in bids, tenders or proposals is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Experience with knowledge management systems and CRM platforms would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support the preparation of tenders, expressions of interest, PQQs, case studies and presentations.
• Format and proofread documents to ensure clarity, accuracy and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with proposals team to gather information for submissions.
• Create engaging graphics and develop presentation slides and materials.
• Ensure all client requirements are addressed within each submission.
• Manage workloads and deadlines to ensure on-time submissions.
• Attend bid kickoff and progress meetings.
• Review proposals and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Use CRM systems to manage project and framework opportunity information.
• Manage client portals, download documentation and coordinate submissions.
