Job summary

Pertemps Tm is recruiting a Bid Coordinator to join the frameworks team. The role focuses on managing the structure, process and timely delivery of high-quality bid submissions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will coordinate tenders, EOI, PQQs and case studies, format and proofread documents, and work with the proposals team to gather necessary information. Hybrid working from UK offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/civils industry is essential.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe tools (InDesign, Visio, Illustrator).
• Previous bids, tenders or proposals experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of CRM/workflow systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the preparation of tenders, expressions of interest, PQQs, case studies and presentations.
• Format and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with the proposals team to gather information for submissions.
• Create engaging graphics and develop presentation slides and materials.
• Ensure client requirements are addressed within each submission.
• Manage workloads and deadlines to ensure on-time submissions.
• Attend bid kick-off and progress meetings.
• Review proposals and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Use CRM systems (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce) to manage opportunity information.
• Manage client portals, download documentation, upload submissions and coordinate correspondence.
