Job summary

Harley-Davidson Motor Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Network Development & Training Lead to support centrally coordinated Network Development and dealer training activity across Europe, the Middle East & Africa. Qualifications

• Industry / automotive experience with strong understanding of dealer financial systems and operations.
• Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Fluent with Key Performance Indicators, Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Able to lead effectively through collaboration and influence.
• Able to develop effective business relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Creative, flexible and innovative team player.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
• Typically requires a minimum of 7 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and delivery of global and regional initiatives to continuously improve dealer profitability and capability.
• Working with the in-market teams to co-ordinate and centrally track the delivery of the network strategy across EMEA.
• Co-ordination with key stakeholders both within HDMC, its dealer network and vendors.
• Support the development and execution of monthly Dealer Health reporting.
• Maintain departmental budget tracking.
• Ensure policies and processes are reviewed and updated as necessary.
